Well, since we have many unsolved riddles regarding laryngeal cleft, now we have the swimming challenge.
Diego's laryngeal cleft is closed, but we are very hesitant regarding swimming. Because nobody can tell us what will happen when Diego goes under water and accidentally swallows some water.

You understand, again a dilemma, not swimming is not an option. Regardless his laryngeal cleft he must learn how to swim. But that is easier said than done!
Onthe other hand we have the suspicion he is gets sick each time he goes for a swimm. It is just a suspicion and we do not hope its true.

Diego now has earplugs to protect his hearing. A noseclamp is not an option.
